How does your team look going into to season 2? Mine isn't looking too great, and if you want to try to knock off the Gamecocks, this is your year to do it.
I lost my entire starting Secondary, 3 of my starting 4 LBs, 2 of my starting DL on Defense.
On offense I lost my starting QB, top 2 rushing HB, top 2 receiving WRs, 3 starting OL.
This team will have talent, but will be very, very young and will screw up a lot. How did your team fair?

Just awful. Still have no kicker. Had a shot at a 2 star but someone here stole him away. Can't get a kicker to sign for the life of me. Tried 5 and am 0-5 and figure I'll get one as a walk on. Lots of holes on the OL as well.
Have NO depth whatsoever and lucked out on getting a 4 star HB. Other than that I am rated C- and D at every position.
I'm just signing any recruit left and hope someone is a diamond in the rough.

I lost nobody on O. Taylor obviously has to come back, Kenny Lewis stayed, and Sam Wheeler, my leading receiver (and he's a tight end) stays for his senior season.
Defensively, I lose Harris, and that is so big that the rest of the people who left don't matter. Fortunately I keep Chancellor, who had over 100 tackles from the Free Safety position. I'm more of a play-call guy on defense anyway, so losses here aren't going to be too much of a problem.
So far I think I have recruited somewhat well. I lost all of the very few 5 stars guys I had aimed for but no big deal. I'm bringing in a bunch of 4 star guys, and in my experience, those guys come out better than 5-stars a lot of the time, so I think I'm set somewhat for the future.
All in all, my team was young enough in year one for me to be really strong in year two. I keep my bread and butter on O (Taylor and Lewis), my bread and butter on D (Chancellor is both my bread AND butter), and my Groza-winning kicker returns looking to repeat. Now, if I can just find some kick returners...

lol, sorry Johnny, I took away your kicker, I needed one too...I wasn't trying to but I took away a few recruits from some people, a couple of ATH, QB, and others. I just liked the players too.

Yea but there were other kickers! =P
I threw scholarships the last 2 weeks at EVERY kicker and none signed. Didn't help all the remaining kickers had interest at low when it came to early playing time. I guess I take a walk on kicker? Or have my punter pull double duty. Or just go for the two point conversions all the time and go for it on 4th when in FG range.
Hell even if I get a walk on I see no reason to kick anything over 40 yards as he won't make it.
After it was all said and done I still have no C and no K. I got 3 SS (only needed one) though and I was thinking of moving a OL to C but the drop in rating (67 to 52) was not worth it as my OL averages the mid 60's.
Oh is there a way to see who signed with who? I mean see who did not sign with any team. As I am curious where all the K's I tried to sign ended up.

i needed a kicker and punter, and all i got was a 1 star kicker. his ovr was a 40 with a kicking power of 65. so im taking my chances and i made him a QB, so i will cut him and i will have a walkon kicker and punter hoping one of them will be better then him.
i my keep him if they suck. all i know is i won't be kicking any FG'S unless im inside the 10.

My team is definately rebuilding. Lost QB, WRs, DEs, Saftey, and all five linemen. Luckily still have Demarco Murray and he got a little faster. Most importantly I have a freshman starting at QB. Should definately be an interesting season.

I lost no one important Stafford and Mareno came back. On defense I only lost Ellerbee my starting MLB other than that I'm straight. I had an okay recruiting class considering I came on five weeks before the bowl season started. I going for the SEC crown this year.

I look alright. Tebow stayed but Harvin left. I did get a very fast 4 star wr which will help replace Harvin. My MLB position is not looking good since spikes left. Overall I think I'll do good but I don't know if I'll repeat since I have more human games. I'm still going for the SEC championship. Watch out South Carolina and Georgia.

I would say that my team took a step in the write direction with a good class. I was top 10 with my team never being ranked. I did loose a lot of guys on defense and half of my o line but i signed the number one overall recruit at running back and he is sick! hopefully this can help balance out my pass heavy offense and get some wins in the big ten. Finally playing OSU should be a good season.
